Snuggled under a cosy duvet on a heated couch, look up to the stars projected above and listen to a guided sleep meditation. Using a blend of lavender, Ylang ylang and chamomile oils to help calm, sooth and relax mind, body and soul you’ll enjoy a full body massage, finishing with a comforting scalp massage. The relaxing oils are left in the hair to help you settle into a deep sleep on your return home. This massage is especially good during the darker winter months.

Starting with a face cleanse and a relaxing face lifting and draining massage to help tighten muscles, and boost circulation - reducing puffiness and stimulating glowing skin. Followed by a chest, arm, neck and shoulder massage to reduce stress and stimulate the lymphatic system. Finishing with a comforting foot massage to activate your nervous system and increase endorphins. This treatment will leave you feeling truly pampered and thoroughly relaxed.
